Booking & Confirmation

All bookings with Malenadu Tours and Travels must be made in advance through our office or official communication channels.

A booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.

Payments

Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour/service.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, card, or cash (as applicable).

Travel Documents

The traveler must carry valid ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.) for verification at hotels, transport, or sightseeing locations.

Liability

Malenadu Tours and Travels acts only as an agent for hotels, transport operators, and other service providers. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the journey.

Itinerary & Services

The company reserves the right to alter or cancel itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures, or government restrictions.

Any additional expenses arising out of such situations will be borne by the traveler.

Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain proper behavior and abide by the rules of hotels, transport providers, and tourist sites. Misconduct may result in cancellation of services without refund.
